I just did my weigh in for the week and I am already at a 100%. I have changed my way of eating and exercising and have been on this journey for about 6 months losing regularly. I remember in the past one time I lost because I lost too much weight what is the healthy norm to keep you in the game? Can anyone help?
I know that sometimes I don't get enough calories in and it's hard to push them in especially because I have a very stressful high demanding job and sometimes I don't even have time to eat throughout the day and I work in a prison so I can't bring in protein shakes are anything like that. Anything I need to bring in has to be clear Liquid or in a baggie and a lot of stuff is not allowed. A little bit of back story as we have a big drug problem in our prison system so they fear that staff bring stuff in. There is not a healthy alternative to eat at work So sometimes I just don't. By the time I get home I am exhausted and usually just go to sleep.

Hi! Players are disqualified if they lose 12% or more of their initial weight. Losing weight consistently is no easy task, especially while balancing such a demanding job. Some easy grab snacks you could try for work (depending on their rules) - nuts, jerky, fruit you could put in a bag.

Sandy would they let you keep a cooler in your vehicle? I don't know if they check cars. If you can, maybe invest in a really well insulated cooler and keep protein shakes and other healthy snacks in it and go to the car and quickly eat or drink your shakes?
