I know that sometimes I don't get enough calories in and it's hard to push them in especially because I have a very stressful high demanding job and sometimes I don't even have time to eat throughout the day and I work in a prison so I can't bring in protein shakes are anything like that. Anything I need to bring in has to be clear Liquid or in a baggie and a lot of stuff is not allowed. A little bit of back story as we have a big drug problem in our prison system so they fear that staff bring stuff in. There is not a healthy alternative to eat at work So sometimes I just don't. By the time I get home I am exhausted and usually just go to sleep.
