Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I had hoped to end the necessity for BP & Type 2 Diabetes meds. My BP has greatly improved, but I do still need the meds. I'll just keep working at it. I have, however, been able to eliminate the need for Type 2 Diabetes meds! All of my glucose tests have been in the "normal" range! Woohoo!! I know it's the reduced carbs & increased water that have contributed to this, so I stay on top of my monitoring. For now, BIG win in the NSV category!
