The best snacks I know is a water:grin: and coffee. Especially before dinner. I am very careful with snacks. It is too easy overeat... Especially if you are glad in nuts like I am.. So my decision was to cut out snacks. It looks like it work for me.?

The weekly prize drawings are done on Thursday mornings so we get a lot of Progress weigh-ins on Wednesdays. :) If you are not a DietBet member, you can update your weight as an Unofficial weigh-in on the game page.     Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.

Take a walk for 1-2 hours. And don't eat after that. It helps me lose 2oo-300gramms.?

Fasting is not for everyone… it’s gets so much easier, the more you do it. It works for me. 16/8hrs or 18/6hrs ( 1st # is your fasting hours, 2nd # is your eating hours.
Your choice on times of day and your choice on calorie intake.
You can do it every other day or a couple days in a row… whatever your body feels best at. ??
