Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

The best snacks I know is a water:grin: and coffee. Especially before dinner. I am very careful with snacks. It is too easy overeat... Especially if you are glad in nuts like I am.. So my decision was to cut out snacks. It looks like it work for me.?
