For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I used to be able to do 5 miles on the elliptical and barely break a sweat. I went back to the gym exactly 2 months ago and set a goal for myself to hit 5 miles again by the end of this year. Today, I did 3.5 miles -- and had to stop myself, because I could have kept going. Looking forward to killing my goal!

Nice job!!! One of my goals is to get back to 30 mins of elliptical in the mornings. I used to go to town like no other and now 10 minutes is hard. Lol.
