How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hey all! Just checking in because I've been quiet and I know I need accountability. I missed the 1st weigh in by a complete accident. I started the weigh in, got my word, wrote it down and even took my weigh in photos.....then got sidetracked and forgot to submit. Grrr.

Anyway, I just joined a wellness class through my Dr. it has me pumped up and looking at what I put in my body in a whole new light. I've been focusing on increasing veggies, fruit, fiber and water intake.


Looking forward to the rest of this challenge and ongoing journey toward better health. 😀
