Going on a bike ride today to keep the fitness challenge going even though I completed it! We have trails near our house which really helps me reach my fitness goals in the summer. I love walking and biking. What do you all do to keep your fitness going through winter? I struggle once the cold hits.

Swimming and bike riding are my favorite activities, so I do them as often as possible. During the winter, I struggle with exercise as I hate "working out." I live in the Florida Panhandle where we actually get "winter" temps that make swimming only during late May-September. We can ride bikes most of the year. I've always hated walking unless I'm visiting new places. Mostly because of knee and back pain from overweight my entire life. Luckily, that's getting better with weight loss. Keep up the good work!
