Going on a bike ride today to keep the fitness challenge going even though I completed it! We have trails near our house which really helps me reach my fitness goals in the summer. I love walking and biking. What do you all do to keep your fitness going through winter? I struggle once the cold hits.

Swimming and bike riding are my favorite activities, so I do them as often as possible. During the winter, I struggle with exercise as I hate "working out." I live in the Florida Panhandle where we actually get "winter" temps that make swimming only during late May-September. We can ride bikes most of the year. I've always hated walking unless I'm visiting new places. Mostly because of knee and back pain from overweight my entire life. Luckily, that's getting better with weight loss. Keep up the good work!

I have been doing it first thing in the morning before work. I’m usually too tired after work and my likeliness of completing a workout goes way down the later in the day it gets. Also, I was able to stay motivated at a time where all my friends at work would stay after work and do a quick 30 minute workout video before heading home. We did a beach body program together. So doing it with friends also helps! Good luck!

I use the waybetter app which in the past was connected to diabetic, and I use it as a personal trainer and I actually make money along the way!!

Back from a cruise where I indulged way too much between food and drinks. Thankfully we did a lot of walking and activity so I didn’t gain more! Now I’m ready to buckle down and get back to my routine. Good luck everyone!
