How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Happy friday! Wow, does all dietbets get this many people normally? This is my first one. That is awesome! Did great all week with eating and staying active and the scale went up 2 lbs over night. I know this happens but its frustrating for sure to see it.

That's so frustrating! The scale hasn't moved for the past 2 days of eating well for me and it's definitely easy to get discouraged and self sabotage. My husband had to remind me this often happens when I lose weight!

The one I use to participate were 1500-2500 people . She doesn’t do the diet bets anymore .
I know it’s frustrating but staying consistent is key. It will pay off in the long run
