Help I’m losing motivation! This is my third DietBet in a row and I’m starting to lose steam… my scale hasn’t changed in a week despite all my effort, someone please comment some tips or encouragement 😂😅

Take a walk for 1-2 hours. And don't eat after that. It helps me lose 2oo-300gramms.?

Fasting is not for everyone… it’s gets so much easier, the more you do it. It works for me. 16/8hrs or 18/6hrs ( 1st # is your fasting hours, 2nd # is your eating hours.
Your choice on times of day and your choice on calorie intake.
You can do it every other day or a couple days in a row… whatever your body feels best at. ??
