I was sick for 2 weeks. Made it real tough this challenge But told myself I've got this and if I don't make it it's okay and if I do great job

For me i’ve been tracking everything I do my macros, making sure that I don’t skip my meals that really help because you can actually tell if you’re eating I mean skipping a bunch of meals does not help you’re just gonna lose muscle and not be healthy so not to be scared of food, but also I prep my meals at least three times a weekand we are boy eating outside. We do eat outside maybe once a week also making sure that it’s within my macros.
