Any of you struggle with "sleep/tired" eating? Anytime I get less than 5 hrs of sleep I end up eating about half the house. I jumped in with both feet and saw results right away, but four littles being sick at the same time and up in the night with fevers etc has me completely off. How do I make it through the day without food when a nap just isn't possible?

Of course , it’s not easy . On those days I try to drink more water , keep busy and have meals that are more filling
