    Breakfast was 2 eggs and sourdough bread
    I don’t like eggs much but they keep me full longer .
    How do you make your eggs ? I used 1/2 teaspoons of butter.

I love eggs….especially given all the protein without a lot of calories for a low price. I tend to hard boil a bunch and use in salads or for a quick snack. My favorite way to enjoy them is in an omelette loaded with salsa and veggies (or cheese when I’m not worried about the fat content).
