How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. I am thinking of counting calories again... Do any of you?

It's not my favorite thing, but I am feeling stressed and sick and tired of being my current size... I know that it works, but it can be a challenge when my everyday routine is disrupted.

Have you guys tracked calories before? Or, have you tried other methods of tracking? Can you please share your experiences with the group? That would be great! TIA 😊

I had also used MFP. It does work I find it time consuming but it works. That's going to be my go-to for this bet.
If im going to eat out. "My plan " is to look at the menu online and and calculate from there.

Also not going to count the extra calories MFP might give me.

I track in WW and sometimes I double track I MFP if I feel like calories are too high or low. One nice thing about WW now is they have a GLP-1 tracker. I don’t do a GLP-1 but I like that it basically is tracking protein, fruits and veggies and water. When it’s in GLP-1 mode I can also see points. They also have other macros that can be tracked, like fiber, carbs, fats, sodium in GLP-1 mode.
