Brrr! -6.3C (about 20F) with a wind-chill of "ow! My face!" And I got out for a walk today. It was cold enough, I split it into two walks to total about 45 minutes.

Did I mention it's bloody cold?

I'd get a treadmill but my house is an old farmhouse so low ceilings. It makes even a walking pad a bit uncomfortable - so outside it is!

Lol I'm Canadian - I'll be fine (but still reserve the right to complain about the weather because I think that's a local tradition in my community) ? worst case, I'll suck it up and go skating at the rink. That's only -5C or I'll go to the gym.

At this point, being a SAHM who homeschools, getting away from the house should be a goal of mine ? it encourages me to get out of pjs.

Today, it's +5c and rainy so cold doesn't last long in Atlantic Canada...might as well enjoy the sunshine with the chill. Spring is coming.
