  • One of my go to snacks lately: pb powder mixed with water & apples! I also like to add it to my Greek yogurt sometimes, yum! Peanut butter is one of my favorite things so this is easier to fit into my calories and have in different ways. Whats your favorite healthy snack?

I like snack breads with laughing cow cheese and fruits . Plain Greek yogurt with high fibre high protein cereals and fruit
