  • Good morning and welcome to all the newbies! This game has grown SO MUCH overnight!

    What are your goals for this game outside of weight loss? My goal is to be more consistent with the miles that I’m running. I’m doing a RunDisney run later this year and I need to make it through it! Will I be fast? Nope! Do I care as long as I have fun? Also nope. 😆

    I can’t wait to go on this journey with all of you.

Have more water and veggies . Also walk few times a week aside from my yoga and dumbbell workouts .
