How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • This is the slowest weight loss I’ve ever experienced while cleaning up my diet. I haven’t had sugar and have only drunk water since 12/30. In the past that would drop me 10–15 lb in a month. I turn 42 in a month—guess it really is different as you get older. Not sure I’ll make it this time. I gained weight last year after stopping bupropion; I’d been 155–160 my whole life and rose to 190 after stopping the medication.

I'm 38, 4 months post partum, and completely stalled. Probably gonna add some IF in to try to push through to the end. This has been the most infuriating roller coaster of my life.

Stopped bc been on it so long and I don’t have anxiety or depression. So just figured would clean up.
I just listened to a good podcast about Midi, thinking I need to look into hormones.
Hang in there everyone!!
