It's so easy to over-snack in the evening! If you drink fluids instead it usually helps kill the cravings!

Beth , I agree that drinking fluids helps but then I’ll have such a poor sleep waking up many times at night to go to the washroom . I try to stop drinking lots of water at 8 pm .
