I made my goal and this was my first Dietbet!What an encouraging community!! I was in a plateau for a couple months before and this was just the kick I needed to kick my motivation up. I get married in April, so I’m trying to keep this momentum going! But first- pizza for dinner ?

What program is everyone doing next?!
I’m looking at Joel’s hybrid calendars and considering Lift More + 25 MST calendar or 10 Rounds + 25 MST calendar. Would love opinions on any hybrids you all have done!

I'm going with 10 Rounds! I did 25 MST before, but after doing this challenge, I had so much fun doing the 10 Rounds workouts!
