I’ve been super quiet on this one but I’ve been loving this challenge. Today’s weigh-in shows me 1lb below my goal and that makes me so happy. I’m behind on workouts thanks to running my first 10km (yay me!!) so today was back day. Now to fuel up with my new fave of egg whites/oatmeal/pb/frozen berries (thanks Megan!)
