How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m excited to try this since my goal is to lose weight anyway. Excited to do it with others who are trying to do the same. I am dieting but I don’t know if I’m dieting correctly. What are yall eating day to day that’s working?

I eat as many vegetables as I can - I try to eat them for “snacks”. They have a satisfying crunch, and none of the addictive “I WANT MORE!!!” of the fake junk food. I drink half my body weight in oz, I eat 4 servings of protein (mainly chicken because it’s my fave), and one-2 servings of fruit. Healthy fats are good- avocado, olive oil….

I love salad with rotisserie chicken for lunch every day. Sometimes I'll mix up the protein. Also drink a ton of water every day. It helps your body with so many things.
