For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

It’s so hard to say no! I guess what makes it easier this time is knowing my pattern. I have one cheat day or even just a cheat bite, and I’m off the rails. I REFUSE to fail this time. To help, I just don’t eat out at all anymore, but I’m getting bored. ?

Try a new recipe from a new source. Sometimes we need new/MORE herbs and flavors that we don’t normally add in. Adding onions (sautéed in olive oil) adds a lot more flavor to my dishes than I would think. If I can add carrots and celery cooked with the onion, well that is fun.
