    While I’m terrible at meal prep, I do have to meal plan each week. For some reason the family wants dinner every night?????

    Today take a few minutes to plan out some goals for the week-meals, activity, and hydration are all important. I have my meals planned and I’m using the weather to decide exactly what my activity is. It’s supposed to be gorgeous out so workouts get moved outside🎉
