This is my third time facing the need for significant weight loss. I have hypothyroidism and metabolic issues. The first time I tried to lose the weight was to prepare for my wedding. Way to go ! Start weight training if you aren’t already ! They say that the most important years to start exercising is in our 40s . I just turned 42 few days a go and have been doing dumbbells since last year.
