  • Good morning and welcome to Workout Wednesday!

    While my schedule usually doesn’t allow for a workout on Mondays, Wednesdays will always happen. Today I was exceptionally grateful for the gym membership so I didn’t have to give up my walk since it was pouring out. I tossed on my Move Your Butt playlist and hit the treadmill for a couple miles.

Whitewater rafting is my favorite workout, but running is more practical and efficient.

I love having a gym membership for when I don't feel like working out. It's easier to convince my brain to just go walk on the treadmill.
