Welcome to DietBet! I've used it since 2014 and LOVE it! My best advice on a 4 week game is to push really hard the first two weeks to get close to goal, then try to hit it by week 3 so you can use week 4 to maintain your progress. It's a lot more fun if you're not try to play catch-up at the end! Best wishes!

Also, my personal Go To for weight loss is a form of Intermittent Fasting called Time Restricted Eating. Pretty simple, you just restrict the number of hours you eat during the day... the less time eating means less calories consumed. I prefer a 4 hour window in the late afternoon/early evening. Throughout the day I just consume lots of water mixed with brewed green tea and a very small amount of sugar free electrolyte powder. After 8 hours of fasting overnight your body has to pull from your fat stores for energy... and you continue to burn fat all day until you eat! I know it may sound hard to do, but your body will get used to it after a few days and you really don't even feel hungry if you're consuming the water.
Important Note: If you have medical conditions (like diabetes), you should consult your doctor before trying any dieting process like intermittent fasting.
