  • Hi everyone! This is my first Diet Bet or wellness competition! I am one year postpartum and looking to establish healthier habits, lose some weight, and become the healthiest mom possible for my baby and future kids. My goal is to move at least 10,000 steps (I’m one month into this), drink more water (as an elementary teacher—-this is a huge struggle!), and close my Apple Watch rings! Can’t wait to cheer everyone on!
