Good Morning! I am a mama to four kids. I have just taken up lane swimming and I am loving it. Yesterday I did 100m! (Just once, ha ha) I try to walk outside every day after swimming to get some sunshine too. I am trying to watch my calorie intake and eat high-protein, high-fibre meals. Drink water and move my body. I am also meditating every day as well. Some days I can hit all these goals, but most days I struggle. One small thing will derail me. I live a high-stress life. My youngest child is severely disabled and advocating is very stressful. I have done DB's before and they helped me attain my goal weight. I gained it all back due to not coping well with stress. I tried more DB's after the re-gain, but have since struggled to win. I am hoping this is the one to kick-start me into gear.
