How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • What keeps you excited and motivated? Remember to find something you enjoy doing! If you look forward to your workout then it's a lot easier to keep it up. Make it fun, and change it up!

What is your go-to workout? Do you like to hike, bike, swim, walk, hit the gym, zone out on the treadmill watching Netflix...........?
How did the first day of the fitness challenge go for you? Let us know what you did, and give us some ideas of what workouts you like to do, and also keeps you motivated.

I like doing isometric exercises at home. My body feels amazing and strong. Lately, my cardio has been ballroom dancing. We're getting ready to compete in 10 dance. It is high intensity. After one round of 10 minutes, you are basically drenched in sweat.

I like to monitor my heart rate when I do cardio or strength train. When my heart rate goes up, it is evident I am getting in a good workout.
