Does anyone have any kind of visual to track the number of days they’ve been going at this? I’m almost thinking like a sticker chart, like when you do with kids! But I don’t know exactly what I’m thinking and how I want to track it. But I want to be able to look at something let’s say six months from now, and see that I’ve been on this path for 175 days. Or maybe like pennies in a jar. Something I can put like on my bathroom counter, or on a closet door, or something like that. Does anyone do this? Or have any good ideas?

Michelle I journal daily all my movements, meditation, food and so much other stuff but I also use a habit tracker every month because I helps me to visually fill in boxes and see the work on one page I’ll post a pic

Hi all! This is my first dietbet and I’m not sure how to proceed. When do I need to get on the scale for the first time? I can’t find where it says how to do it. Thanks for your help!

I’m sad because I lost my last diet bet and worked so hard for it…but here I am again, will try again and work at it.

Same here! I got down enough, but then gained 2 pounds, which refused to come off.

Same here. All we can do is keep trying. Good luck, and hopefully, we'll win this one.
