So I haven’t been active in almost a year nor have I ate healthier in a while. I’m use to drinking Mountain Dew throughout the day and juice.
So my question I have is just by changing EVERYTHING I’ve already have seen a different. If I loss weight too fast will I be kicked out of the challenge.
I haven’t had soda in over a month, I’ve started walking around the hospital for my lunch, I’m working out 30mins a day.
