I will have to say, I was looking for a little bit more. I thought we would encourage each other and our coach would help. I will not be joining another one here. Will find another app that will be better. I hope you all have great success in your weight loss journey.

I did not do good at all today. I did eat some veggies but then went out for dinner and blew it all out of the water. All good back on track tomorrow. How did you all do?

I saw on YouTube that an influencer says not to worry about the day a week you splurge because you still have a calorie deficit the next week. I gained 4.4 after eating takeout during the game, and wanted to cry because I'm in 3 games and saw the money lost flashing before my eyes. The good news is that my weight was back on track the following week. I have faith you can do it too. Thank you for sharing your truth. Our challenges are just as important as our successes. It is all part of the weight loss journey.

I can appreciate your situation. You are not alone. I was frustrated myself. Slip-ups happen!
