I’ve been trying to make healthy changes but totally struggling with staying consistent. I did diet bets a looong time ago and they helped so hoping this can help me kickstart some good routines!

I also have a trip coming up in two months so feeling extra motivated to trim down for that. I’m hoping that managing my sugar intake, eating high protein and evening walks will help me bring me closer to my goal!
