  • Needed a kick in the pants to motivate myself and treat my body better so my mental health can handle the onslaught.

    I had been flipping through old photos and saw how confident and happy I looked when I was eating right and exercising regularly.

Preachhh. I could have written this post. Not a coffee drinker, but Dr Pepper is my caffeine weakness. :grimacing: One of my goals is to wean myself off or switch to herbal teas!

    Whatever your target goals may be, the key is to have a plan and write it down. Put your plan on a sticky-note on your mirror, let us know your plan or make it a screensaver on your phone. Whatever works for you is what's going to work for you :)

    Is your plan in place? What are you focusing on? Keep it simple and stay consistent – YOU CAN DO THIS!
