I am sooo excited!! Just signed up for one that starts tomorrow to get me on the right track for this one since I could not sign up for the previous one of yours!!! I am excited to finally be able to take part in diet bet finally! Sept 2023 I was given the awful news of having a cancer diagnosis. Needless to say with all of the treatment and surgeries that went with that, I have out grown my pre-cancer wardrobe and lost so much muscle, energy and self esteem. I was just released from all restrictions and given the go so here I am! Time for me to feel free and a little bit lighter!

Brenda

4 year cancer survivor here. I just want to say, if there is anything I would have done differently during chemo and infusions, it would have been sticking to a better eating plan. Once my port came out and I was finished with treatment, I had put on a LOT of weight! Good Luck!

Thank you ladies! Congrats Brenda on your 4 yrs and counting on survivorship! Almost to that #5! The big milestone that we all strive yo reach after treatment is done!! I am looking forward to Sept 2028, when I hit my #5!! Stage 3 Grade 3 tripe neg breast cancer here. Full year of chemo infusion, then surgery, followed by 6 weeks of Radiation then another 6 months of oral chemo. Trying to focus on good diet habits was so difficult when trying to just live day to day! But I am ready now! Going to work on me now in a different light.
