so i did these diet bet games over 4-3 years ago. went from 220 down to 177. stopped doing the games 2 years ago and guess what happened? i went back to 218 LOL. started these games again and currently at 196. my birthday is next month and i turn the good ol dirty 30. i never liked my weight while in my 20s which is a bummer but guess what? that’s not going to stop me in my 30s. my goal was to start the new age of me in my 30s below 200lbs and i’ve done it!! I will start taking my health serious and loving my body. can’t wait to get all this weight off!!
