I started using ChatGPT to help streamline my meals and grocery list. It's been super helpful!

I went “healthy” grocery shopping to make sure I have plenty of options both for meals & snacks. A big pitfall for me is coming home raging hungry but not having any healthy satisfying foods on hand. I will end up snacking on less healthy options that don’t satisfy my hunger which can quickly escalate to over eating.
