Happy Thursday!
We are a full week into our Dietbet for those that started on the 1st.
How is everyone feeling?
I'm down almost 2lbs of my almost 10lb goal and I'm feeling good. I am tired but I don't know how much of that is my cycle and stormy weather LOL

I am doing good, also down but VERY tired. Baby is currently in a sleep regression and waking up again every 3 hours, so I have not been able to do my 5am workouts :( Praying this sleep session PASSES soon. So I can get back on my morning routine ..

    First and foremost, congratulations on making the decision to make your health a priority for the next 4 weeks!

    It wont be easy. Some days will be hard. But you have survived 100% of the worst days of your life. You can do this too!

    I'm right there with many of you. I've been working to lose weight most of my life. The last couple years other priorities have taken over my life but I think I'm finally in a balanced place where I can really focus on my health and wellbeing again!

Hi, yes I joined late. I am from Mayland, 38 years old and a mom of 4, been with my Husband 20 years in September:revolving_hearts:. ( my last and final baby just turned 5 months old ) I also have twin 8 year olds and a 2 year old. Here finally thinking about myself. Want to really make this year COUNT.
