I am so grateful that there is a program like this one to help me keep on track. Over the years, I have found it necessary to join a game or two to keep me from spiraling down into the weight gain rabbit hole. I am super excited to start the summer off with a challenge to myself to get back on track with healthy habits; macros, consistent exercise, 100 ounces of water and 7-8 hours of sleep! One thing that truly helps my sweet tooth is making my own protein ice cream. Game changer! Good luck everyone 💪?

So, how does one make protein ice cream? ?

I have a ninja creami. I put almond milk, protein powder and freeze it. During the blending process I add in things like peanut butter, pieces of a protein bar, two graham crackers. The options are endless. So good too!
