  • Healthy Doesn't Have to Be Fancy!

Healthy eating doesn't require expensive ingredients, perfect meal prep, or Instagram-worthy plates.

    Some great options:
    Eggs
    Fruit
    Frozen vegetables
    Canned tuna
    Beans
    Air-popped popcorn

    Simple works. And it's sustainable.

I keep those pouches of tuna at my desk for those days I can't seem to break away.

Okay, hear me out... cottage cheese with honey and cinnamon. Maybe this is only revolutionary to me, but I just started eating cottage cheese again (trying to get that protein goal in!) and I saw this on an instagram account. It's like healthy cheesecake. Delish!

  • Here we go!

As we kick off the game, here's your reminder: You do not have to eat perfectly to be successful.

One meal, one snack, or one day doesn't define your progress. What matters is what you do most of the time.

This week, instead of aiming for perfection, try aiming for consistency:
✅ Add a vegetable to one meal
✅ Drink an extra glass of water
    ✅ Take a short walk
✅ Pause before grabbing a snack and check in with your hunger level

    Tiny actions add up.

👇 What's one healthy habit you're focusing on this week? Finish this sentence: "Success for me this week looks like ______."

  • Welcome, everyone! I'm so excited to have you here for our next DietBet challenge!

Whether this is your first game or your fifteenth, we're all starting together with one common goal: making healthy choices that help us feel our best.

This month, we're going to focus on more than just the number on the scale. We'll be talking about:
? Nourishing our bodies with healthy foods
? How we think about food and our choices
    ?? Balance and portion awareness
    🎉 Celebrating progress, not perfection

One thing you'll hear often in this game: There are no "bad" foods.
Food isn't something we need to earn or feel guilty about. Instead, we'll practice making choices that support our goals most of the time while still enjoying life. A cookie isn't a failure. A salad isn't a punishment. Every meal is simply another opportunity to make a choice.

Remember: Small changes done consistently are far more powerful than trying to be perfect.

Let's support each other, share wins (big and small), and have some fun along the way!

Mark your calendar! The weigh-in window opens on June 20, and the game officially starts on June 22.

👇 Introduce yourself! Is this your first DietBet, and what motivated you to join this game?

This isn't my first but I'm glad I rediscovered DietBet. It has been a great motivator in the past! I've been on a fitness journey and was starting to slack. This will keep my head in the game, literally!

Hi all! I’m Abby from CT! I’m trying to get back on track after a pretty unhealthy stretch. Trying to get back to exercising regularly and eating better, especially with my wedding coming up Fall 2027!
