Moving into our first weekend! I find the weekends to be active and busy, but also struggle more with overeating. How are ya'll getting through the weekend? Help me stay accountable!!

Keep busy away from the kitchen haha. If I sit to watch TV in a room not convenient to the kitchen then I tend to eat way less. Also just looking at my belly rolls in the mirror helps lol.

I feel you! Weekends are way busier (and snackier) for me too. I’ve been trying to stay ahead by planning out meals a bit and keeping busy so I don’t mindlessly munch. :heart:
