Here to kick my sugar addiction! Day 1- it's rough. It usually takes 3 days before the insane need for it goes away. But that's what happens when I fall off the wagon and start grabbing cookies, M&Ms, and sodas. Time to start feeling good again.

Every time you have success not eating sugar and you wanted to, write it down for motivation later. I read that in a book, and it helped me so much. It builds your 'resistance muscles' and you read that journal daily, read all the times you were strong and it helps you get stronger and stronger.
