I’m tired of the same old same old what are some of your favorite meals and Can they be prepped ahead of time. I like to do meal prepping one day a week, but my menu has become somewhat boring.

Stop starting at the scale - rely solely on how you feel, how your clothes are fitting, and take measurements!!
Screw the Scale - Inches is where it's at! This will most likely be my last diet bet, doing these bets have really changed how I see the scale; chasing that Big number at the top is not healthy and I need to focus more on how I feel instead of being discouraged because I'm up 5 pounds since I started.

I haven't had any sodas or sweet treats (candy, brownies, cookies, etc) since a day before this game started. The scale has moved 3 pounds or so and is now stagnant, however, I put on a pair of shorts just now and they weren't slightly suffocating at the waist line anymore. It makes it feel so worth it. I don't try to fit sweets into my daily calories either because I'm a sugar addict and I know I will spiral with just one bad item. I have found that I have less interest in eating now so I guess that proves the hold that sugar has on the body.

I bought oranges for my sweet treat now. I have yoggies in the house too and those are definitely sweet. Not sure if they count as healthy, but it's still better than M&Ms

Here to kick my sugar addiction! Day 1- it's rough. It usually takes 3 days before the insane need for it goes away. But that's what happens when I fall off the wagon and start grabbing cookies, M&Ms, and sodas. Time to start feeling good again.

Every time you have success not eating sugar and you wanted to, write it down for motivation later. I read that in a book, and it helped me so much. It builds your 'resistance muscles' and you read that journal daily, read all the times you were strong and it helps you get stronger and stronger.

Try to replace it with a healthy high protein option .it will Makes it easier .
