So this is my first DietBet in a long time- if I continue with subsequent games, will it be calculated for me to lose less each time? it would be unrealistic for me to lose approx 8 pounds every game, and frankly, I believe it would be unhealthy.

Kickstarters are all the same percentage (I believe it is 4% of your initial weight). However as you lose weight, that percentage will represent fewer pounds. Hope this helps!

Is there any point in submitting a way in if you know you didn’t reach your goal? I’m still working on it. I have about 24 hours right? I’m only a few tenths of a pound away.

My morning weigh-ins are best, coupled with fasting a meal or two beforehand, if absolutely needed, just to reach the goal (…then keep it off…). Good luck! You’re almost there!
