I don’t know if I’m going to make goal but I’m surprisingly okay with that. I’ve been very depressed and stuck lately. Grief and loss had stolen so much light from my life. I was looking for some kind of motivation to get me moving, caring about my body- caring about SOMEthing. I joined some challenges on a few different apps (WayBetter, StepBet). It’s happened slowly but it did finally happen. I lost some of my challenges, but I’ve gotten out for a walk nearly every day for the last week and a half, I’ve finally started paying attention to what goes into my mouth and treating myself like I actually matter again. I don’t care if I lose the dietbet. I don’t care if I lose ALL my bets! ( I won’t) It was money well spent because for the first time in months, I’m not just going tthroughthe motions of being a person. I’m actually feeling like one. Thank you everyone.
