    What are your overall goals for the game and how can we help support those?

    My goal is to move my body more. My husband and I are running Disney in April and we both need to get on that training, so my goal is to be more consistent with my runs and work on my overall speed. But at the same time, I’m not a morning person, so figuring out when to workout can be a challenge.

Trying to get 40# off this fall and winter after recovering from achilles tendon surgery. I am borrowing my daughter's dog, so I am forced to walk a couple of times every day.:wink:
