  • Super bummed that I didn't hit my goal, I did on Saturday, but stress and hormones did their thing and 1.5lbs over today šŸ˜”.

    BUT - I reached my goal of hitting my step goal every day of the bet and I DID!!! I averaged just over 10,000 steps away for the last month. I have toned up, lost some weight and my tricep push-ups are getting so much better!!!

    Congratulations to all who hit their goal and keep going to all who were close!

I feel this. I hit my goal last week right before my period and they have been AWFUL the past year where I bloat / cramp really bad. I loved this challenge though. Today (3days post pms) I’m right back down to my goal lol. It was a great kick start to summer. :muscle:?

What you drink matters!

Just like what you eat matters in your weight loss success, what you drink matters also. If you are consuming beverages with calories, remember to track them because those calories still count!

Drink your water and if you are wanting something else fun to sip on try seltzer water, non caloric water enhancers (I personally like Stur Liquid Water Enhancers) or for a once in a while soda substitute try Zevia.

I drink over 100 oz of water every day. I get so tired of it. I have cut alcohol during the week for this month.

I do around 2L of water per day, and some coke zero during dinner. :blush: (1 cup to 1.5 cup)
