- Super bummed that I didn't hit my goal, I did on Saturday, but stress and hormones did their thing and 1.5lbs over today š.
BUT - I reached my goal of hitting my step goal every day of the bet and I DID!!! I averaged just over 10,000 steps away for the last month. I have toned up, lost some weight and my tricep push-ups are getting so much better!!!
