  • Super bummed that I didn't hit my goal, I did on Saturday, but stress and hormones did their thing and 1.5lbs over today 😔.

    BUT - I reached my goal of hitting my step goal every day of the bet and I DID!!! I averaged just over 10,000 steps away for the last month. I have toned up, lost some weight and my tricep push-ups are getting so much better!!!

    Congratulations to all who hit their goal and keep going to all who were close!

I feel this. I hit my goal last week right before my period and they have been AWFUL the past year where I bloat / cramp really bad. I loved this challenge though. Today (3days post pms) I’m right back down to my goal lol. It was a great kick start to summer. :muscle:?

Hi everyone! I haven't seen an option to do a weekly weigh in. This is my first one in about 5 years and thought that was a requirement. Is that still the case?

I think it's optional. You're only required to do Start and Finish weight in.
