What you drink matters!
Just like what you eat matters in your weight loss success, what you drink matters also. If you are consuming beverages with calories, remember to track them because those calories still count!
Drink your water and if you are wanting something else fun to sip on try seltzer water, non caloric water enhancers (I personally like Stur Liquid Water Enhancers) or for a once in a while soda substitute try Zevia.
