July has been a busy month but I made it and did ok :) made a little progress and stayed away from eating out. The parasite thing that is going around helped a lot in the not eating out LOL

Ok going to have to up my game and start a good workout routine as I have hit a plateau. :(

Yeah, I feel that. Ibhave to workout alot ti fet it to move. When you hit a plateau sometimes eat a little more calories.(like 100-200ish)..not carbs. And workout at least 3 hours a week. Is usually a good way to shake you out of that
