1.3 lbs to go. I'm either going to just make it or just miss it. Working on keeping it all in perspective and just keep moving forward. Walked 45 minutes this morning and I have a rugged warrior class after work. Either way I'm not where I was when I started this bet!

Cristal, our instructor sets up around 10 stations and we go through all the stations 3 times. Yesterday was 40 seconds at each station with 25 seconds of rest. It's a mix of strength and cardio. Sometimes there are more stations in groups and we do through each group 2 times. He always mixes it up to keep it fresh and changes what we do in the stations from Arnold presses, to burpees with weights, etc. And he walks around and gives modifications for those that need more or less impact. Highly recommend if you have something similar where you live!
